The detective blinked, his brow furrowing.
Sympathy? Is that what he wanted from him?
If he wanted that, he shouldn’t have dismembered him.

Other than that, it’s a quick and interesting (if not morbid) little piece. Enjoyed it quite a bit. Keep up the writing!
